Features：

1.Continuous Washing: With the control of PLC , the second car enters the tunnel with the guidance of the electroplated conveyor device system when the first car moves on to be dried.

2.IP56 waterproof, dustproof and shakeproof motor and reducer is an Italy brand. It is very durable and energy saving.

3.The brushes are gentle enough to protect the paint. It can completely wash the car with the use of automoible detergent. The brushes will rotate automatically to shake off the water and impurities at the end of washing.

4.The air drying system is with 4 drying motors blowing air from above and both sides of the car , makes a very good drying effect with the use of hydrophobic wax.

5.Pepperl+Fuchs Proximity Switch is used for controlling the movement of the brushes so as to protect both the machine and vehicles.

6.The Japanese MitrubishiPLC control system is used for controlling the washing procedures precisely with the use of Banner photosensors from USA.

7.The voice prompt and traffic signal on the screen remind the driver to operate properly so as to ensure car washing safety.

8.This tunnel car wash machine uses air drying system. There are 4 drying motors in total, one on each side and 2 on the top.The side dryers blow directly and the top dryers move up and down to dry the car while it is moving forward.

9.The electroplated conveyor device system at the entrance ensures that the car goes into the tunnel safely without any damage to the tire.
