At the beginning of July, we, together with many new energy vehicle companies, ushered in the gratifying sales results in the first half of the year. In this passionate July, we not only celebrated the new high in sales, but also looked forward to the infinite possibilities of the new energy vehicle industry.
We are proud to see that brands such as BYD, Ideal, Weilai, and Zeekr have set new records in sales in June, while the monthly sales of Leapmotor and Xiaomi Motors have also exceeded the 20,000 and 10,000 mark respectively. It is particularly worth mentioning that the monthly delivery volume of the entire series of Wenjie exceeded 40,000 units in June, and the delivery volume of the entire series of Hongmeng Zhixing in June reached an astonishing 46,141 units, with a total delivery of 194,207 units in the first half of the year, ranking first in the sales volume of China's new power brands in the first half of the year.
Behind all this is the strong promotion of the "old for new" policy. Since the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Trade-in" in March this year, relevant policies have been introduced one after another, and local policies have also been quickly implemented, injecting strong momentum into the prosperity of the new energy vehicle market.
With the hot consumer market, all links in the automotive industry chain have ushered in new development opportunities. As a link at the end of the industry chain, our Shengjia Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has also ushered in new opportunities for automobile recycling. It is estimated that after a scrapped small car is carefully disassembled, a large amount of valuable materials can be decomposed, which not only opens a new door for the recycling of resources, but also opens up a "second mine" for us.
This year, the amount of automobile recycling is expected to exceed 7 million, and the recycling and disassembly industry is moving towards a market scale of 100 billion yuan. Looking at the world, the development prospects of new energy vehicles are equally broad. According to the "Global Automotive Outlook 2024" report released by AlixPartners, by 2030, new energy vehicles will account for nearly half of the global market, while the share of fuel vehicles will drop below 40%. Chinese auto brands have established significant advantages in new energy technologies, especially battery production, which will enable us to launch new products faster and dominate the global market.
Multinational automakers have also accelerated their technical cooperation with Chinese automakers. For example, the multiple technical cooperation agreements between Volkswagen Group and SAIC Group, and the strategic cooperation letter of intent between Chery and Jaguar Land Rover are all evidence of the growing influence of Chinese auto brands in the global market.
Although there are still some uncertainties in the overseas market, the general trend of global new energy vehicle development is irreversible.
