On June 3, the golf cart and sightseeing car maintenance skills competition held by our factory kicked off.
More than 30 auto repair workers from the factory signed up for this competition, and the competition item was the electromechanical maintenance of golf carts. "The competition begins!" With the command of the referee on the scene, the "auto repair masters" started a skills competition. On the scene, a group of contestants came to the "engine component measurement competition area", where the crankshaft of the car engine was placed on the workbench. The contestants first wiped the measuring part clean, then picked up the precision measuring tool, measured the data of the crankshaft, and after the measurement was completed, quickly recorded the data, and then measured the next data. The other group of competition venues was the "whole vehicle troubleshooting competition area", where a number of faulty cars were parked. Some contestants checked the car's "circuit diagram", some used instruments to measure voltage, current and other data, and some got into the cab to find the wires and lines...
During the competition, each contestant showed his skills, cooperated with each other in the actual operation competition, responded calmly, and performed steadily, fully demonstrating the solid foundation and rich experience of each contestant. After an intense and orderly competition, Zhang Jin, the second team leader of the factory maintenance team, won the first place, and Liu Jin and Meng Hao of the first team of the maintenance team won the second place.
This competition provided a platform for the masters to learn from each other, broaden their horizons, and improve their skills, which is beneficial to the overall skill level of the auto repair industry and creates a good atmosphere for employees to "build dreams in the new era and forge ahead on a new journey" to compete in technology and strengthen their skills.
